On 23rd September we drove 295 miles from Menton to a motorway service area in the middle of Switzerland.
3 tunnels in France, 119 tunnels in Italy and another 28 in Switzerland
Total of just over 50 miles spent in tunnels!!
The next day, to finish our journey to Zurich we travelled through a further 16 tunnels totalling 9 1/2 miles out of the 56 we drove that day.
I am my father’s daughter for calculating all this!!
