Our lovely neighbours from St. Etienne d’Escattes came to visit at the end of January, and so, during a break in the otherwise dismal winter weather, we went for a little wander round the (now quiet) backstreets of the old town of Sarlat. Theres always another surprise round the corner!

Went in the church for a look too….

This organ has a great history and I love the reflections of the stained glass windows. Then we went to look at the crazy huge doors and the bronze geese which are a symbol of Sarlat.

Just a few shots to pique our potential visitors’ interest!!!
